The owner was very nice and welcoming to his store which set the tone.. I needed some links taken out of my watch. He made the initial adjustments and it wasn't right then had to go back and make another adjustment. He got it just right for me which I was well pleased. He only charged me ten dollars for this service which made me even happier. I highly recommend this jeweler given his customer service.

I needed a few links taken out of a watch that my dad gave me so it would fit me. I was only charged ten dollars which other stores that are locally owned and bigger jewlery businesses quoted me around 50-60 dollars over the phone without even seeing it. The owner of this store gave me exelent customer service and was very well priced. I will definately come back for anything i need jewlery wise from now on. I would 100% recommend this store.

We bought an antique clock and took it here to see if it could be repaired. The owner told us that he would try and if he couldn't fix it he would not charge us. He did get it running but that's it. He had it for several months with no phone calls at all to tell us of the progress. We finally called him and we went to get it. We had to take it back twice because it would just stop running. It does not work. He said it kept good time in his shop the whole time it was there. However, the last time we picked it up it was around noon and the clock read a bit after 5. And he told us it kept good time. I realize it is very old. But it doesn't work like he said it does and we feel we should get some of our money back. He did not fix it. We do agree that he should keep something for his time but we should get some kind of refund. We will never take things here again for any reason. Sorry but he didn't fix it. No we will not bring it back. It does not keep good time. And if it works so well why did it say 5pm at noon? Not an unfair review. You owe us money back. You had it for several months and no communication. Sorry. We will not be back

Yes, you may pay less at the mall however you will be disappointed.Chebli does a TOP job and a LASTING job and unlike the shop at a okemos mall jewerly is FIXED not RIGGED with Gorilla glue..yes.you read right.😢.Fast and friendly service at Chebli❤

The man and staff are great and they do an excellent job, you wouldn't be sorry, I've had them fix several things of mine and I'm satisfied with their work. Reasonable.
