Best lawn equipment rental service in Madison Heights, Michigan (MI) 2024

Terrible customer service. Placed an order for curb side pick up. Got a call the next day stating that the item was out of stock. The called dropped in the middle of the conversation. Called the store back 5 times before I was able to get a manager on the phone who stated not only was the item in stock, she was able to physically put her hands on it to confirms this. I had to reorder the item and pay for it in cash for a second time, because the original order had been cancelled, a gift card was being mailed to and they were unwilling to hold the door until the gift card reached me in the mail. Went to the store to pick up the door was greeted by a rude customer service rep who refused to listen and stated my order had been cancel. Upon leaving the store I see the door I ordered with huge sign with my name. And I have to wait 10 days for a gift card to be mailed to me so that I can take it to the store and have the entire transaction revered. ~Tonya
