Best tool rental service in Mount Pleasant, Michigan (MI) 2024

Online and app said they had 20+ of the item I was looking for available and 6+ of another brand of the same thing. Looked around the store for over 45min according to the instore map, no where to be found, every "team member" I could find would quickly look away or move down to another isle to avoid me when I finally found someone to ask without hesitating they said we dont carry those when asked about the website saying they had 20+ of the item I was looking for they simply said just order it for in store pickup. Right I just wasted 45min trying to find this item or someone who would "help" me and their response was to just pay us another $1.40 to have a "team member" find the product and bring it to the order pickup, yeah no thanks. ~Scott
