Exxon was cluttered and could use a good cleaning... it looked more like a neighborhood liquor store than a gas station. Their was more refrigerator with alcohols in them and little alcohol combos that they put together like Christmas gifts than I've ever seen... but they probably just do with what they got so good for them... you cant blame them. ~Shawna

Update your hours online. I get there a half hour before it is supposedly closed only to find that the doors are locked. ~Jacob

Absolutely the worst delivery service!! I've been at the office all day and the driver said they made a delivery attempt which is not true!!! Nobody came into the office today!! I called to see if they can flag the driver while in route to reattempt delivery and there's no way they can call and speak to the driver ?? why not??? Amazon drivers are reachable plus they can track their drivers exact location so why can't Fed ex???????? I have a time sensitive package i need today and if its not delivered then i have to go far out to retrieve my package!!!!! What a big inconvenience!! Do not ship with this company !!! ~Advanced

We had a bookcase shipped to a customer and this is part of her email to me They refused to come down my street which is gravel although many large trucks come down it to deliver frequently. They did not say they were delivering it until that morning, calling me when one hour away. I work only 1 day a week. Thank Goodness a friend with a flatbed truck was there. The driver just wanted it off his truck and did not seem to care if just shoving it off the truck in front of our pharmacy drive through or blocking in the parked car of our employees was a problem. I have looked at the company's website and there are many complaints. I am not surprised. I personally nor will the business I work for be shipping anything else with this company. ~bruce
