Estes delivery company is terrible! They delivered my dining room table today and literally left my package in the middle of my yard. No knock at my door, no phone call, just a text message saying that my delivery was complete, but that was after they were already gone. I go to look outside and this is how my package was left...

We had a bookcase shipped to a customer and this is part of her email to me They refused to come down my street which is gravel although many large trucks come down it to deliver frequently. They did not say they were delivering it until that morning, calling me when one hour away. I work only 1 day a week. Thank Goodness a friend with a flatbed truck was there. The driver just wanted it off his truck and did not seem to care if just shoving it off the truck in front of our pharmacy drive through or blocking in the parked car of our employees was a problem. I have looked at the company's website and there are many complaints. I am not surprised. I personally nor will the business I work for be shipping anything else with this company.

Picked up a freight item today. Never been to a freight terminal but the employee on the phone was helpful and friendly. The dock worker who brought me the package was also very friendly and helpful. The package was damaged slightly but that kind of stuff happens, no major damage to the product.

I had a kayak shipped freight from Texas and it was my first time picking anything up that had been shipped freight. The customer service agent or dispatcher (Laura) was so nice and explained everything in detail. The receiving dock associate who delivered the kayak to me was also very nice and helpful. I would definitely do this again!

Estes Express is a great place to work. They give you the tools you need to do the job, most of the equipment is new, the pay is great, the insurance is good, and all they ask in return is for you to show up for work and give them your best efforts.

I've been with the company going on 20 years. Not a perfect place to work, but no place is. The paycheck is always in the Bank and I've never been given an excuse for not be paid. Good people for the most part.

Just had a GREAT experience with Estes and the delivery fellow, Al. Not only did he safely and successfully deliver our new lawn mower, he also gave me some great insider info about some local places we might want to visit (we're new the area). The best part, when I offered him a cash tip he said to keep it and instead just write a review for Estes. Well, here you go Al! You're a class act all the way!
