I tried to buy a pear of glasses, I told them that I already have a prescription in my phone and asked if I can just email it to them but they refused and said it had to be in paper only. They could have printed it with their printer but they made no effort to be even slightly professional, in fact they were rude and me feel unwelcome, like I was a stranger at their house not in a public place. ~Moe
