Best beauty supply store in Westland, Michigan (MI) 2024

Poor service I complained about a slow inept cashier twice and the turned it back on me and banned me from the store. I was a good loyal customer I was spending $60-80 per week on food and other items and they said they didn't want my business. They had Westland Police call me to tell me and the first officer was asking me personal information and treated me like a criminal so I had to talk to the Sargeant to verify that I hadn't committed a crime. The closing of the store is karma and couldn't have happened to more deserving staff!!!!!!!! ~Lawrence

The mngr Sarah Elizabeth is AMAZING! She is one of the best ppl I've ever met in my life and manages the salon effortlessly. I have a degree in management and I can tell you she has a talent for keeping her staff upbeat and making clients want to come back. I was in a crunch due to a mix with my stylist of 12yrs before my sister's wedding. She took me in and worked so hard to make my hair the best it's ever been. I now have a new stylist in Sarah.
