The mngr Sarah Elizabeth is AMAZING! She is one of the best ppl I've ever met in my life and manages the salon effortlessly. I have a degree in management and I can tell you she has a talent for keeping her staff upbeat and making clients want to come back. I was in a crunch due to a mix with my stylist of 12yrs before my sister's wedding. She took me in and worked so hard to make my hair the best it's ever been. I now have a new stylist in Sarah. Sarah, the Salon Manager, has the utmost passion for her career and her customers. Not only did she cut and help suggest the perfect style for my hair and personality, she helped me with a product selection afterwards. I’m new to hair care, and she was THE professional to see in educating me on what works with my curls! Would recommend to everyone!! Made appointment night befy, I showed up early, I'm always early. Hairdresser knew I was there. My appointment was for 1pm at 1:10 I asked if my hairdresser was almost done with her client. She can out to tell me she was running late I said how long , her answer was about a half hour, she could get someone else. Why didn't she do that when I walked in the door. Not happy at all

Had an absolutely amazing experience, did everything I asked for and turned it into perfection ! The new manager that runs the salon, besides the fact that she's been doing my hair for years.. is the only one I trust to do my hair. Sarah has been cutting my hair and styling it for several years and always does a fantastic job. She has an amazing way of knowing just what to do to make my hair great. She has also taken on the Management role in August and has really turned the salon around. Since she has been managing the salon, it has been very clean and appears to always run on schedule!! Hello, I got a haircut today with Sara Craig, She listens to what you want, asks specific questions to make sure she gives you what you want, gives you options, makes sure everyone is clear on the cut. Hi Everyone! I am the New Salon Manager, Sarah :) I just want to send out a warm invitation to all of you and let you know some things around our salon look a little different because of Covid, but in a "Safe Way". We wear masks, even face shields at times, there's not as many people in our salon because of social distancing but one thing that hasn't changed is we do GREAT hair and other services!!! Started with friendly knowledgeable receptionist them Melissa, everything was so clean, so with compermised amine system, I felt very safe. Melissa did multi coloring, treating ,cutting and styling and did an amazing job, I didn't know exactly what I wanted just knew I was making a complete change! I love my hair, also great experience.
