We have had this account for a couple of months the and how all of a sudden we have to deposit the money instead of cashing it closing our account you can thank your morning supervisor!! And talk about hidden fees they have so many hidden fees any bank is better then this one!! ~Mercedes

I just called and spoke with a lady by the name of Connie I called in reference to get my bank account information but I was told that I was calling the wrong bank so I asked Connie if she can transfer me to the correct bank she paused and had told me no and she will give me the number instead I told her okay that’s fine before hanging up I told her to have a good day she said YEP and hang up the phone. She is very rude ~Siera
