Best restaurant in Coon Rapids, Minnesota (MN) 2025

I dont know what is wrong with Burger King as a franchise for this location but as a whole company in term of their corporation they are not doing a good job of staffing enough people to operate a fast food restaurant. I have been to various burger king all over town and each time the wait time to pick up my order is very long and this is with mobile order. Sometimes the store close during Business hours but ordering system still open then when i come, there's no one there. At other time only a few staff working and it took a very long time to get my order. There are time that only one person working at the restaurant and when i try to pick up food the staff inform me that this staff member does not have access to register to process my order. While all of this going on, McDonald's is taking all their customers because each time i go to McDonald the line is always busy and customer get their food fast like an assembly line at a factory. I like Burger king this is why i still support it. I hope the company would pay more to staff and provide more training so they can do better. If this continue i don't think they will be able to sustain very long and soon will loose their market share. ~tony

I bought a quarter pounder meal from here and when I got home to eat it the quarter pounder was RAW!!! When I say raw I mean RAWWWW! I was beyond disgusted and to make matters worse I tried calling twice and no one would answer the phone. Let's just say I will not be eating there again 🤮🤮🤮 ~Kimberly

I decided to try the app out and place a mobile order, I chose to park and have it brought out. Super easy and fast. I'm pretty sure I was slower getting there and I'm under a mile away. I drove into a mobile order spot, entered the number for what spot and after I did that it ran my transaction and my food was brought out. I like that it runs the transaction after in case of substitutes, things not being available, any of the plethora of things that can come with working in food service. I also like the deals available on the app and points. I've only had the app a week or so and I've gotten a couple of completely free items that are faves and another that was 99¢ + tax. I also do food delivery on occasion for one of the food delivery companies (I'm not naming it just in case it would violate any rules and keep my review from being posted) and I'm always impressed with their efficiency and accuracy with getting orders right (and I love the way they package drinks/things in cups, I really wish other places would do that). ~Sophia

Love this noodles! They guarantee their food is tasty and if you aren’t happy with your choice they will exchange for something else. When the drink machine went down, they gave us free choices from the bottles in their cooler. Love the customer service!! Very generous portions and lots of healthier choices as well as comfort food favs. I tried the new zoodles. If you like zucchini it’s worth a taste.
