After almost 15 minutes of waiting we ask and are told about 20 more minutes. Would have been nice to know this long wait time before we ordered.

Went there to get Mac n cheese with pulled pork and they got rid of that option. The chicken they topped it with was AWFUL. Won't be going back

Starters waiting way to long for food I understand short staffed so I let it go.. then got food 4 out of the 5 dishes didn't have the sauce they gave us sauce for my mother in laws food and my kids when I explained I didn't have sauce the gal came out hollering at us mother in laws food was cold I will be contacting coorprate tmrrw it's weird yesterday we where here and it was amazing today not at all and the supervisors name was jess.. I will no longer be coming back after today's experience

Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. They all seem to genuinely like each other and they all seem to get along with the boss as well. So that tells me that Noodles and Company is definitely doing something right! Keep up the good work people! Your doing a great job and there are people out here that notice.

To the worker who let me in even though they were closed to prep for the dinner rush. You not only let me in to order the dish that my daughter knew she could handle after same day surgery, but you took the time to write her a get well note on the lid and added a treat. Thank you so much for doing what you did. You made her day and made this mom's world a little easier.

I was having a very long day and was starving. I had not been to this place in a very long time. My daughter and friend were with me. This young lady at the register went above and beyond to explain choices and recommend foods for us. She made sure we had sauces, utensils and chopsticks. She even hooked us up with there big chocolate chunk cookies!! She was very polite and even apologized for the wait which wasn't her fault. She needs a RAISE and we will be back to eat there, thanks for the great food and service!

Love this noodles! They guarantee their food is tasty and if you aren’t happy with your choice they will exchange for something else. When the drink machine went down, they gave us free choices from the bottles in their cooler. Love the customer service!! Very generous portions and lots of healthier choices as well as comfort food favs. I tried the new zoodles. If you like zucchini it’s worth a taste. Staff member, John, was particularly helpful.

Very impressed with this place! I wouldn't consider it fast food, but just a quick restaurant. You are getting fresh quality ingredients in a quicker setting and cheaper than a quiet sit-down. Perfect for lunchtime when time can be an issue. I had the small Thai Curry with Shrimp which is perfect size and calories for my diet. Everything was fresh and tasty and only took about 3 minutes to get which was worth the small wait time
