I wish I could give them 5 stars as they do have some great hairstylists. However today I went in for a haircut and beard trimb and things went bad. The stylist started trimming my beard which isn't normally what any other stylist have done but no worries yet. Well the beard trim started out bad and as she started chasing issues in my beard it only got worse. I just agreed that the beard was fine so I could hopefully salvage my beard without having to trim it all the way down. She asked if I wanted beard and hair edges lined up and I said yes but there is no lines created for the edges of my beard or neck. My haircut is fairly simple as it is a 1 on the side and medium high fade to a 1.5"top. The start and stop of the fade are uneven and choppy at best. It's unfortunate that I will either need to trim my own beard to fix it or go to another place to fix this mess. If times are close to the same I would go to the Champlin or Blaine stores, especially if you are looking for a beard trim.

When is the latest time you can take a seat for a hair cut? Wondering cause I tried to get a hair cut before close and they wouldn't do it. If you don't want people to come in then lock your doors like other companies. I've worked in kitchens before and kitchen close and clean up is after closing time not before but maybe that's me

This location is amazing especially Sara B!! She has been cutting my hair for 6 years and has never disappointed. Even when I moved out of the area I continue to make the drive to this location. Typically a good place. Clearly understaffed, not excited to cut hair and make extra money on tips. Not the girls fault but maybe upper management not taking care of employees like they should. Wait time doubled because they sent someone to the bank to deposit money and the other lady took 20 minutes to clean up hair… not impressed for how much I tip every time I go. I went to Champlin got right in was treated like my time and business was important.

I have been to this location a good number of times and it has always been a great experience! The stylists listen to what you are thinking of doing and are very helpful if you have questions about a certain style (pictures are very helpful). I've had all sorts of different styles ranging from cutting down long shoulder length hair to a short crew cut and I have never once left disappointed! The store itself is clean and very well run and all the stylists are super friendly. Both Brittany and Sara are very kind and phenomenol at what they do. I would highly recommend them! I will continue going to this location for the forseeable future. Service: Haircut

Wish I was able to give a rating of 0/5. I was here yesterday for an haircut but I feel like they stole from me. They couldn't follow simple instructions on how I could like my haircut done. Poor services at all. The hair lining itself was done below average. Personally, with this kinda of experience at this given location, I couldn't recommend anyone to have an haircut here. All they do is a messy work. I have to go today somewhere else for a better haircut.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
