Nicole did a great job as always...the look on my wife's face when I got home was all I needed to know that I was happy with my cut. I am so pleased with the service I get, that I now drive 45 minutes rather than 5 to get the cut I want. Highly recommend Nicole for a great cut, and excellent beard trim! I brought my 16 yr old daughter in for her first professional hair cut and highlights with Tiffany. We had a pleasurable experience there with the two ladies who were working, the shop was clean and they were helping all clients respectfully. My problem is with the actual highlights. They do not look like high lights at all it looks like she dyed her hair all blonde and there are horizontal lines of blonde throughout the back of her head(assuming this is dye bleeding). Very disappointing for her first time. Now she's insecure of her hair. Wish we would have noticed while we were there but didn't see it till the next day. Won't be returning. I had an appointment earlier today. The overall haircut is decent, but the actual appointment was very awkward. My stylist didn't ask me how I was or anything like that. For the most part it was just silent. Normally you would expect a hair stylist to be friendly and want to speak to people. The haircut felt rushed and overall like I was just a waste of this stylist's time. There was only one other customer in the building waiting who came in after I got seated. When I first entered the store I wasn't greeted and the stylist was on his phone sitting in a chair as there was no one in the store. He saw me come in but I think whatever was on his phone was more important as I stood there waiting for someone to check me in. The only other thing I will say is his hands also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which isn't something I really want in my face. Service: Haircut

Scott gave my mom a horrendous hack job haircut! He shaved her sides completely off When she had said she wants to start growing it out and she was left distraught with uneven ends, harsh lines and an all over TERRIBLE mullet/bowl haircut. She went back to fix it and a woman helped her to the best of her extent but I still had to trim it when she got home due to the uneducated decisions they made. The other multiple 1 star reviews show they attempt to offer to “make it right” in the comments but my mom did not get a quality cut when she attempted to have it be fixed the 2nd time. She’s left with this now until it grows out. Do not go here. Service: Haircut

I usually go to this location as it is close to home and have had good experience in the past. I made a same day appt for my daughter’s first haircut. When I arrived, the hair stylist was very unprofessional and snippy while she informed me my appt was “way earlier” because she “had an appt right after me”. I indicated the time on my confirmation email and that I was on time. She was still so sure that I was late and obviously annoyed with me. I wasn’t about to waste my time to fight with her that I was on time—as it is such a petty thing to fight about. 🙄 I felt our appt was rushed, she did not offer a shampoo for my daughter. I am pretty upset and feel like my daughter’s first haircut experience was robbed from me—that is something I won’t ever get back. I tried to stay positive for my daughter throughout the experience, so not to ruin it for her, but inside my blood was just boiling. I am so disappointed with the experience we had. Service: Haircut

Friendly staff able to get me in for a perm last minute & the man who did my hair did amazing he was quick but good with my hair & good with conversations he even stayed late to finish my perm he got it exactly how I wanted it ! I can't remember his name but I will definitely be returning just for him to do my hair!

So I made my appointment the same day as the cut. I got there at 4:30 pm and the stylist that was still in the shop didn’t provide her name (I didn’t see a name tag) I told her I wanted curtain bangs and layers.she had me look down the entire time. And kept focusing on her watch like she was in a hurry for something. I have no layers in my hair and my bangs look like botched straight across bangs that won’t stay where they need to be. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this location or stylist. She paid no attention to detail and now I look like a 12 year old whose mother cut their hair in a kitchen. Extremely disappointed and very upset of the wasted money. Hopefully I can try and get these bangs to be okay on my own. Service: Haircut
