It was ok. I tried to get double points from my birthday email, but I didn't know you had to activate it first and the cashier didn't know I had to wait 5 minutes after activation. So I didn't get my double points. Not a huge deal since I rarely shop there, but still disappointing. Would be nice if you didn't have to activate and wait.

I had the best experience at Ulta ever the other day. A nice lady named Kitty helped me out. She was so sweet, showed me exactly what I needed, and saved me money! I will definitely come back asking for her. She made my whole experience there great!

Beautiful store - clean and in a good location. However felt bad vibes radiating off the cashier - I had inquire if Ulta does anything special during your birthday month, instead of giving me an answer she rolled her eyes, left the counter to grab my gift, and told me I needed to bring my email/coupon next time in a condescending manner. I told her this is my first time and that I didn’t receive anything in my email. I felt as if she thought I was somebody trying to get a free handout. My birthday is also listed right on my account. Never had this issue at Sephora during my birthday month. Recommend Ulta in the Blaine location, they are staffed with younger and more open minded individuals.

I got my hair cut by Kristen in the salon and she's so talented and so sweet! I absolutely love my hair! I also spent some time walking around the store, and there were several, very nice employees who offered to help me. This will definitely be my go to Ulta store from now on :)

Our post pandemic world has rendered the customer service industry dead BUT there is a light of hope if you happen to shop at this store. Aaron & Connie we’re simply a joy to work with as I was on a mission for the perfect lipstick & great concealer. With the perfect blend of patience & professionalism, they did their best & worked as a team to help me out. Keep up the excellent team work Team Ulta, I’ll be back!

I love having my hair done by Kristen in the salon. She has been doing my hair for more than 30 years and she has always been so knowledgeable and sweet. I always leave feeling like a new person! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a hair stylist!

Kristen Lee in the salon is the best at what she does. She knows how I like my perms wrapped and how curly I like my hair. She lets me know what products I should use to maintain my perms. She makes me feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the salon.

I've been using this location for make up needs for almost a decade. I recently started using the salon services and I am absolutely in love with the great work they do. Taryn has been doing my brows for the past year. Previous to that I had never done a wax or tint. She is an artist and is patient with my indecisiveness on the shade I want. The woman who has been cutting my hair for almost the last 30 years retired so I decided to try Ulta for my hair as well. Rachael at the salon has been cutting my sister's hair for a few years and now my mom's hair so naturally I booked with her. My sister and I both have a lot of hair but more on the thinner side whereas my mom has short course hair. She does wonders. Really understands the different textures and how to cut and style to enhance it. My hair feels and looks so healthy. The height and layering is more beautiful than I had imagined it could be. This location has great employees overall start to finish I am excited that I can go to one place for all my beauty needs!
