Best bank I have had in a whole. Other banks don't compare. Spire has always done right by me. Will continue to use them as they have banks everywhere. Including up north. I love it. ~ryan

I would give a zero if possible. My daughter received a gift that she had the receipt for and stated multiple times that it was a gift that she wanted to return. The clerk returned the item onto the card of person who gave the gift. I understand it is hard to hear with masks. The clerk really wanted to correct the situation. The manager actually gets the zero. She had zero empathy or understanding and simply shrugged with a too bad attitude stating, once it’s on the card, there’s nothing I can do. This customer service is unacceptable. It’s also strange that with a receipt that we couldn’t get cash back. I won’t be doing business with Auto Zone. ~Gwen

Contacted to inquire about karate classes for a four year old. Refused to share even ballpark pricing information or pricing structure unless I would sign my child up for their trial program, saying, "We would need to have your child take a few classes before I could give you any recommendations. At that age it is hard to guess where they are at." Not going to sign my child up and get them set on karate without knowing ballpark prices... Don't waste your time. ~Brooke

I have been getting awesome massages from Cheyenne for over a year. Professional and so knowledgable about which muscles are causing the pain. She explains how the body works and gives recommendations for the time between massages, such as, ice, heat, stretching, strengthening exercises. Best massage therapist I have gone too!! ~Robyn

Lexi is great, I’ve seen her several times now for treatments, cut/color. I went through a bit of a hair disaster that left my hair very very damaged previously at a different salon, she was able to touch up my color without frying my hair any further. I get really nervous to do anything to my hair these days as it’s still recovering from damage, but always feel like she listens very intently to my hair needs & helps come up with game plan. Stacy is also great, I remember I saw her years ago & recently scheduled a hair cut for my bf with her and he loved the experience/results. The reception is also very friendly & the salon has a cozy vibe 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ~Outdoor

Still waiting in line over 15 minutes , customer service is horrible. Dani and bill kept pushing me to the side to help other people while I was next to be helped. This is rediculous. All of this to rent a truck ,which I have reserved. I don't why Penske contracts with this Elk River location because this bad service alos reflects them too. I will never use or recommend this location. Go elsewhere. ~Minister
