My rear windshield shattered at a local car wash a little over a week before I was due to go out of town. I was incredibly stressed about my situation but TJ's took all of that away. These people are genuine and will go above and beyond for you. They made sure I was back on the road in time for my trip despite the fact that I drive an older vehicle with uncommon parts. They even sent spare parts home with me (just in case) AND loaned me their personal vehicle so I could still make it to a dental appointment while my car was repaired. Went in because the transmission was making noises, turns out to be loose torque converter bolts. Also had new shocks installed. I have made a delivery here. GAK call complain to my manager that I was using their bathroom. I was confuse. If you are not allowed should have a sign say that " this is not public restroom". so if you are a delivery people watch out for this business place. they will call to report everything went you step right on their door. this is why I don't get my car fix here. ~Vang
