My rear windshield shattered at a local car wash a little over a week before I was due to go out of town. I was incredibly stressed about my situation but TJ's took all of that away. These people are genuine and will go above and beyond for you. They made sure I was back on the road in time for my trip despite the fact that I drive an older vehicle with uncommon parts. They even sent spare parts home with me (just in case) AND loaned me their personal vehicle so I could still make it to a dental appointment while my car was repaired.
