Went in because the transmission was making noises, turns out to be loose torque converter bolts. Also had new shocks installed. They were quick at discovering the issue, and after everything the price was excellent! Great service! Will definitely recommend! Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

I'm only giving them 5 stars because that is the limit. Only an hour on the road back to home in Ohio after visiting my son in Rochester when my car starting leaking oil. Got off on the first exit I came to and watched the oil drain out of my car. Had my car towed to this facility not knowing what I would find. Trevor immediately pushed my car into a bay, even though they were obviously too busy to take the time to look at it. Being a single woman who was traveling alone, he could have told me anything and I would not have had any choice but to believe him. One hour and $50 dollars later, I was back on the road. But not after he carefully explained any problems that I should look and listen for. Fortunately I made it home without any more problems. I have great a mechanic in my home town, but I would highly recommend Trevor and La Crescent Auto Repair to anyone in the area. I cannot thank him enough for his honesty and integrity and for helping me I needed it the most.
