Update: the owner of the shop contacted me in regards to this review. Was informed that the guy that worked on my car doesn’t work there anymore. Also that I can bring in my car to get it fixed again. Was very polite about things, got a courtesy car, and great customer service when picking up my car after the new repair. Previous post: Went here last fall. It took over 6 weeks to get things done. Each time I called in something new (that they should've seen in the first place) was added to the list. Now that I am trying to use my AC I noticed it doesn't work. Took it to a different shop and they're 99% sure this would've been a result from my accident last fall and that the problem should've been resolved when it first got fixed.......

The Owner should not be in customer service. Brought my car in to have it looked at and the owner freaked out and started swearing and yelling at me. This was right after calling and him stating I could bring my car in. If that isn’t bad enough, they do half baked work. Paint isn’t blended into door jams, dents still visible after paint and multiple trim pieces missing. Take your business elsewhere. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My fathers truck had the rear wiper fall off while in Arizona had to have the dealership put it back on Went to have him look at my sons car that he worked on and sold to my son the paint was flaking off. As soon as we arrived he went all ballistic on us as we were just stopping to have him take a look told my son he had a attitude as soon as we got out our cars. We will never return. He calls himself a Christian. Yea I think not. What poor customer service

My pride and joy was assaulted by a deer in November. I looked around to find a good solid local business to take care of her. Chris and Steve were simply terrific ito work with. I was provided a very nice new complimentary vehicle to use while they worked on my car. They coressponded with me every week of the progress being made,despite all the complications securing parts during a time we are facing both manufacturing and shipping shortages. I got her back in perfect condition, just as she was off the showroom floor! Exquisite! The inside and outside detailed to perfection.
