Steve provided the most congenial customer service I've experienced in months. His estimate of the time needed to repair my car was appropriate and he kept me informed of the progress. I was issued a loaner car at no added expense. The paint job completing the repair work matched the existing paint on the car to perfection. And the detailing was superb. I have had several phone calls with Bonnie C and she has been really pleasant and helpful to work with. We set up an account for online payments, which was far easier than anticipated. I had never worked with a debt collection agency previous to this, so I have nothing by which to compare the service at Triverity, but they've been fantastic!
