I have had several phone calls with Bonnie C and she has been really pleasant and helpful to work with. We set up an account for online payments, which was far easier than anticipated. I had never worked with a debt collection agency previous to this, so I have nothing by which to compare the service at Triverity, but they've been fantastic! If anything changes, I'll update this review.

I worked with several people in the past for my case at CU Recovery - I think the first girl's name was Julie Wilson and the second was Joy Waters. Both of them were pleasant in making payment arrangements with me, despite what was happening in my personal life that was preventing me from paying it in full. Sadly today I just got a call from "Kyle Peterson" who was newly assigned to my case. He did the normal things that I'd expect a debt collector to do, i.e. asking me questions like "what has been preventing you from making this payment in full?" except when he did it, he was unsympathetic and completely unwilling to be understanding. I explained to him that I didn't need a sob story but some family medical stuff came up several times within the past few years. And I'm pretty sure his next line was verbatim "I understand Ms. Wilson, but you've had ample time to pay this off". Then proceeded to grill me over paying it, how my payments have jumped around, etc. Okay. So my minimum payment was $25/month. Some months I did $50. Some $100. One month I even did $400. And none of it was good enough for him because I've had "three years to pay it off!" I pray to god that someday I can wear his shoes, and not have to worry about not making enough money to handle my own sh*t.

They won’t give my mom car back!!! We have all been calling them since Friday (same day we paid and completed attorney info) when they took the car. She NEEDS her car and my title is in her car so I can’t complete my registration and now have to pay 8.25 per day to drive my car...We are seeking legal advice and we will be looking for compensation for whatever expenses we accrue for my car and her not having her car back...This is the worst company that we had to deal with...GIVE MY MOM HER CAR BACK!!

Between Rachel, and Michelle, I literally don’t know who is more ignorant and rude. Don’t get me wrong, I haven’t paid my debt on time, but dealing with either of them is painful

I was called today by one of their agents Kevin Taylor! He to be the rudest, nastiest, and guttersnipe I've EVER encountered. He acted as If I owed him personally. I asked for him to give me time to talk to my husband about this and he kept pressuring me. Today is Wednesday and he's like I NEED to hear from you by Friday. I felt extremely uncomfortable, he sounded like a thug that was wanting to mug me. How disturbing.

Somebody named Brooke called my job. She refused to say where she was calling from and had the nerve to ask why the person's calls were being screened when she called my job. I hope they continue harassing me at my place of employment so I can sue them and get paid for them harassing me at my place of employment. They are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If they want to pay me instead of me paying them, that is fine by me!

So, the man who called was Owen something... Called and demanded to know who he was speaking to but refused to tell us why he was calling. Said he didn't have time to answer questions and promptly hung up. Not that I am eager to speak with collection agencies. But, if you call someone you need to answer the questions they have....
