Best gym in Little Canada, Minnesota (MN) 2024

Crossfit in general has certainly been a major contributor to my physical and mental health. I was apprehensive about going back to a gym after COVID restrictions were lifted. The Athlete Lab is clean but most important for me are the great coaches who know I am working to get fit. The coaches always have a scaled movement for my abilities (if needed). I get a fantastic workout and can certainly feel the difference. My goal is to be able to fight the typical diseases that limit so many people my age (65+). Can't wait to continue this journey and have the energy and ability to continue to play with my active grandchildren for many years to come. ~Mary
