Worst customer service imaginable. I went in for a tux rental for a friend’s wedding and when I was fit they just had me try on a bunch of stuff and asked what I wanted as if I am the expert in what a tux should fit and look like. When I went to pick it up the week of the wedding I tried it on and the arms were 3 inches short, and the pants were 2 inches above my ankles. They got the parts replaced, but when I got home one of the cuff links were broken (luckily we weren’t wearing them I later found out). When I returned the suit 5 days later I was changed with an $80 late fee because unbeknownst to me, you are supposed to return it the day after the wedding. I found out when I returned it that “it says on the receipt tag that came with the bag” as if people normally read fine print on a receipt. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Go to a local tailor, order from an online shop, don’t rent from Men’s Wearhouse. ~Michael
