Worst customer service imaginable. I went in for a tux rental for a friend’s wedding and when I was fit they just had me try on a bunch of stuff and asked what I wanted as if I am the expert in what a tux should fit and look like. When I went to pick it up the week of the wedding I tried it on and the arms were 3 inches short, and the pants were 2 inches above my ankles. They got the parts replaced, but when I got home one of the cuff links were broken (luckily we weren’t wearing them I later found out). When I returned the suit 5 days later I was changed with an $80 late fee because unbeknownst to me, you are supposed to return it the day after the wedding. I found out when I returned it that “it says on the receipt tag that came with the bag” as if people normally read fine print on a receipt. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Go to a local tailor, order from an online shop, don’t rent from Men’s Wearhouse.

I never leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. There has to be some kind of accountability. I have a wedding and measurements were completely wrong. There is not enough time to change them. Looking at all the other one star reviews, looks like I am not alone. Please shut this place down. When you pay $200+ for a 3 day rental, you expect to get the correct order. Stop saying I am sorry, but fix the problem instead.

I don’t blame the employees because they’re all obviously highschool students but they completely messed up my wedding order and cost me hundreds of dollars in buying a suit last minute because of incorrect measurements, incorrect items, and missing items

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came in today with my friends to get fitted for tux’s for my wedding coming up. Place was empty as we came in a few minutes after they opened. We work with an associate for maybe 10 minutes. Another customer came in and the person we were working with left us to go assist the other customer. There were at least 4 or 5 other associates who could have helped the new customers coming in. After another 10 minutes we left. I personally do not plan to ever come back or spend any money with mens warehouse. We ended going to indochino instead and got the tux’s done. I was embarrassed to bring my friends there. I have no intentions of giving this place a second chance. Additionally, telling the management of my issue probably won’t solve anything as it seems other patrons have had similar experiences. Maybe close and down and hire a completely new staff with better etiquette.

Worst, rudest service I’ve ever experienced. Completely ignored when we walked in. After 10 mins we were approached by a rude man who said and I quote “be with you when I’m able. There’s other people working here too”. I said “can someone else help us then?” He rolled his eyes and ignored us. If we hadn’t already ordered a suit online we would’ve walked out.

This location deserves a zero stars. Staff is very unprofessional and they put the blame game on either the customer or their co-workers. The manager could not be bothered and if asked a question would respond with a very rude tone. 7 groomsmen and my fiancé all got measured by trainee kids that had no assistance from their coworkers causing all of the suits to come in for the wrong sizes, and some without shoes. Who needs this type of headache before their wedding? No one. When asked to resolve they could not guarantee that anything could be done before the date of the wedding which was 2 days away. I understand retail can be overwhelming especially with short staff but to hire people that don't take it serious, mess around, don't write down measurements when you still call them out on it and still expect you to have understanding is not ok. I hope this location is looked at and reviewed because there are several complaints coming from the work that is being offered. No one deserves to have this type of headache or stress before their wedding or any very important events. Men's Wearhouse do better.

Pretty terrible service. They have teenagers who do not seem to have any clue as what to do (no offense just prob not the right job for them). The lady who then assisted us was pretty rude. 40$ consultation fee for something probably any person could figure out online. They also don’t have any jackets to try on for a sale that will be over $1500. Definitely feels like a sinking ship for a store.

Bought 2 suit from there. I was fitted for both and I was told it will include tailored/hemmed. One of the suit is available right away but the other one will be sent into the shop and they will call me to pick it up. The suit was actually ship to my place and pants wasn’t hemmed . I brought it in and I was told by the same guy I believe his name is Jason who sold me the suit that I will be charge $22 for hemming. I took the suit to a different place and paid 10 dollars for everything.

Will never go here. The manager was very rude when I was asking a question about a pair of pants, since I never buy clothes like this. He treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and like I shouldn't have been in that store. The salesman that was helping me had no clue what he was doing seemed very new. Most of the salesmen were just walking around trying to look busy and not really doing anything other than avoiding customers. I don't like have to go to stores like this to begin with and this extra just reminds me exactly why. Just because I don't look like I belong there, doesn't mean you should treat people like any different.

This is by far the best Men’s Wearhouse store I’ve been to yet. The customer service personnel today was outstanding. They had some great sales on today. They have a very nice selection of suites. They have a very good tailor. Overall I just had a really good experience today, I would give five stars but I had to return a pair supreme that ripped on me.
