I just bought a pair of suede boots from Nidia before my flight home. After three days of canceled flights and poor customer service from the airlines (ahem... Delta...) working with Nidia was truly a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me, even offering her style opinion when I asked for it. Johnston & Murphy clearly prioritizes excellent service (they are shipping my old pair of shoes to my house, free of charge) and Nidia clearly epitomizes this value.
