I have had nothing but bad experiences with their pharmacy. I would never go there if it wasn’t so close to my house. On more than one occasion I have called to see if the prescription was ready to be picked up, they said that it was and gave me a time to come get it. I don’t drive so I walked there, in snow, only to be told it couldn’t be picked up for 2 more days. That’s fine! I understand the rules! But then why would you tell me over the phone it was ready to be picked up!? And then gave me attitude when I asked why they told me it was ready over the phone ~Sally

Very friendly staff. The French toast and sausage roll ups are so good. I like to stop on my way to work and pick up red bull [which are always on sale] and breakfast food to go. Never had an issue with having to wait in line. They are attentive and quick to help their customers out. Clean gas station and lots of pump space. ~Brielle

I have been going to this bank to drop deposits for that last 6 months and it used to be extremely fast and everyone was super friendly. Now, every single time I need to drop a deposit I need to ring the bell, wait 5 minutes for someone to even show up, and wait another 10 minutes for my deposits to be processed. And if I don't ring the bell I could be waiting at the window for at LEAST 10 minutes before anyone even notices me! If this wasn't the closest bank to my work I would have taken my business elsewhere when they lost all of their good employees. ~Margaret

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I walked in the store with the intent to buy a lot of products. After waiting more than 20 minutes to even to be noticed, I asked the girl if she could help me, while she was talking to a friend (who didn't even buy anything.. Clearly just came in to chat) Every question I asked, she didn't seem to know the answer to.. Simple questions such as; "what developer works best with this color", and "what toner would you suggest for my hair?" Couldn't even point me in the direction of the shampoo I wanted, which I later found by myself.. And seemed very annoyed when I asked if she could take the extensions out of the box so I could see them better. both of the girls looked like they hated their jobs.. I should have just went to the Roseville location like I always do! I spent well over $200 there today and they sold me the wrong products and didn't even apply my discount!!! ~mandi

The people at BLVD are the best in the business! They do a great job thoroughly explaining without being condescending. I had a lot of work done, and they were very transparent about what needed to be done ASAP and what could hold off. I was recommended BLVD by close friends and have already talked them up to anyone whom will listen. They also washed my car, which was such a nice customer service touch. Thank you guys!!
