If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible, the worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life. Very disgusting. The older African-American lady needs to get fired.

The associate that was there last night was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job dealing MANY customers and their many questions. The associate that was on shift tonight was very pleasant, but not nearly as knowledgeable and if weren't for the information we had last night she have sold us permanent dye with no developer.

The big lady with the cheetah tattoo on her arm arrived late and had people waiting for her to open. I was looking at hair clippers and dont know anything about them, she wanted me to see them from behind the cash register.

I will give this Sally Buety 5 stars for customer service. Lily helped me pick out a variety of products while saving me money! The coupon helped. I live by Ridgedale, you may know there is a Sally Buety across the highway from Ridgedale Shopping Center. I come here for the not so snobby stuck up feel. Lily has good employee understanding of products as well as my needs.

Second morning I have gotten there just after 9am and the doors were still locked. I run a barber shop and from time to time get supplies at this location on my way to work. It's frustrating that I have to worry about being late because someone else is incompetent at their job. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had horrible experience here. Usually I try and give people the benefit of the doubt, having worked in costumer service in the past. I asked the employee what she would think would work best on my hair.. I had auburn hair, bleached it out.. it was orange/pinkish color. I told her I didn't care what color I needed to put over it, just my shade I was at now would be fine. At first she suggested bleaching it again. I didn't want WHITE blonde hair, I just wanted to cover up the orange/pink with a color. She suggested I used T18 through Wella.. I was a little worried about buying that since my hair shade wasn't a very light blonde. During this time, a women had come in and asked for a product and she said "I've never heard of those in my life." Which I had, and I was about to point this women in the direction of them.. but I just played the waiting game. Finally, the lady found them herself and the girl was like "OH! I didn't even know it was such a thing!" Isn't that what being a sales person is about? Shouldn't you have product knowledge on what you are selling.. Back to my hair.. It's still orange and red, and I'm very upset about wasting my time at this location and $$ here. I will be traveling to the Coon Rapids location, I have never had any problems there... with any of the staff.

Horrible!!!! Went in there for a few things, got denied my pro discount and was watched like a hawk. Normally they override my apparently expired pro card and give me my discount , but I got some lady who watched me like a hawk and basically questioned if I was even licensed. Was a total slap in the face , I will never go back. I left and went to cosmo prof instead. Normally I get great service at this Sally beauty , but this lady made me feel completely uncomfortable.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I walked in the store with the intent to buy a lot of products. After waiting more than 20 minutes to even to be noticed, I asked the girl if she could help me, while she was talking to a friend (who didn't even buy anything.. Clearly just came in to chat) Every question I asked, she didn't seem to know the answer to.. Simple questions such as; "what developer works best with this color", and "what toner would you suggest for my hair?" Couldn't even point me in the direction of the shampoo I wanted, which I later found by myself.. And seemed very annoyed when I asked if she could take the extensions out of the box so I could see them better. both of the girls looked like they hated their jobs.. I should have just went to the Roseville location like I always do! I spent well over $200 there today and they sold me the wrong products and didn't even apply my discount!!!
