They keep refilling prescriptions that I've cancelled on the app. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but this was just an unpleasant experience for me and no one deserves being treated like this. Never have had an issue with any employees, including the Pharmacy. If the line is too long at register they call more people, and get everyone through quickly.

Whoever is working at this exact moment and just answered my phone call… I sincerely hope from the bottom of my heart you get let go. I don’t think i’ve ever been spoken to more rudely. I work with the public as well and i can tell you on my absolute worst days i would never speak to ANYONE the way this man spoke to me. Starts raising his voice at me too? I’ve contacted customer service and ill be moving my prescriptions to another location. This is not the first problem i’ve had here but it’s definitely the last. Charged me around $100 more than they should’ve because they decided not to bill my insurance.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with their pharmacy. I would never go there if it wasn’t so close to my house. On more than one occasion I have called to see if the prescription was ready to be picked up, they said that it was and gave me a time to come get it. I don’t drive so I walked there, in snow, only to be told it couldn’t be picked up for 2 more days. That’s fine! I understand the rules! But then why would you tell me over the phone it was ready to be picked up!? And then gave me attitude when I asked why they told me it was ready over the phone

I regret giving one star because they deserve zero instead of one star. I been coming to this Walgreens for over ten years but today was the worst of all. I came to print my daughter birthday invitation but the two staff I met were so rude and loud, one of them screamed at me when I asked for help as if I was asking for free service. I asked the next one and she told me well do it yourself this is not your first time here. I asked for the manager and he tried to help but he couldn't listen to hear what I wanted. I just walked out and left. I will never come back to this location even though it's closer to my house but am done with them. I have never felt so looked down on my entire life.
