Best physical fitness program in Woodbury, Minnesota (MN) 2024

I really love this gym. For the price and convenience, it’s worth it. I appreciate that they’ve turned the sports gym into an additional free weights room. However, I feel like it’s always super packed. It’s good people are investing in their health and fitness, though. ~J

Absolutely awesome place. I’ve been training here specific for football for over a year and it’s been great. Coaches and people are all super friendly as well. I work mostly with Tyler the owner who is incredibly helpful. He makes it easy to understand issues with form so they can be fixed. He also explains why each lift is important and what it does. Not only are the coaches great but also the atmosphere and environment. All the equipment is pretty nice and there’s always good music in there. I will continue to workout here until I go off to college. ~Sam
