Best gym in Woodbury, Minnesota (MN) 2024

My favorite place! I always leave feeling better than when I showed up. Each instructor has their own unique style but they are all wonderful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high intensity and fun workout!! ~Megan

I’ve been going to this gym for about three years. After I did the trial, I was hooked. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating. The members are great. I like the mix or strength and cardio. There is a lot of variety and different equipment we use. I also appreciate that they offer modifications if something doesn’t feel right for you. They offer AM and PM classes as well as AM weekend classes. I love that they offer the 5am class so I can get my workout in before my small children wake up. The energy and music is great too. This place has also helped me make positive changes in my life. I sleep better, eat better, have more energy and it has helped relieve anxiety. I absolutely recommend it. ~Kristin

I really love this gym. For the price and convenience, it’s worth it. I appreciate that they’ve turned the sports gym into an additional free weights room. However, I feel like it’s always super packed. It’s good people are investing in their health and fitness, though. ~J

We used swimming pool all around the year. During winter this was best place where my daughter and me used go for swimming here. My daughter enjoyed swimming here. Family change room was small and there used to be queue some time. Needs little bigger space for this. Cost was bit higher side if you are using only for swimming pool and not gym. Gym used to full and not used at all. ~Shivanand
