I love how accepting the environment is! If I need to bring my 4yr old with, they let her sit off to the side! Also, scheduling your sessions is so easy and the app is very user friendly!!

I’ve been going to this gym for about three years. After I did the trial, I was hooked. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating. The members are great. I like the mix or strength and cardio. There is a lot of variety and different equipment we use. I also appreciate that they offer modifications if something doesn’t feel right for you. They offer AM and PM classes as well as AM weekend classes. I love that they offer the 5am class so I can get my workout in before my small children wake up. The energy and music is great too. This place has also helped me make positive changes in my life. I sleep better, eat better, have more energy and it has helped relieve anxiety. I absolutely recommend it.

Before starting at F45, I had never lifted a weight in my life. The trainers are FANTASTIC and help correct your form and push you to be a better version of yourself every class!! The classes are tough and will push you to a limit you never knew you had.

F45 isn’t just a gym it’s a workout family! I’ve gotten to know the people that I workout with and we all support and push each other. The trainers are great and always willing to help with modifications. The workouts are great for people of all ages and fitness ability.
