Best fitness center in Woodbury, Minnesota (MN) 2024

I’ve been going to this gym for about three years. After I did the trial, I was hooked. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating. The members are great. I like the mix or strength and cardio. There is a lot of variety and different equipment we use. I also appreciate that they offer modifications if something doesn’t feel right for you. They offer AM and PM classes as well as AM weekend classes. I love that they offer the 5am class so I can get my workout in before my small children wake up. The energy and music is great too. This place has also helped me make positive changes in my life. I sleep better, eat better, have more energy and it has helped relieve anxiety. I absolutely recommend it. ~Kristin

Why is 5 the highest number of stars here...I'd give Energy 100 stars! Seriously, I started doing personal training sessions with Samantha after the birth of my 3rd child, she is AMAZING and so wonderful at helping you give your body what you need after birth...Shortly after I started group classes and can say that I am hooked. As a former Orange Theory fanatic, I LOVE the balance and variety of classes here from true strength-classes to high -intensity kick-boxing/sparring and Barre Hop on trampolines (the most FUN I've ever had working out) to balancing out what your body needs with Pilates and Yoga, I am so glad that I found Energy! The owner Deborah is amazing and makes this such a great place to feel comfortable and encouraging on your fitness journey. I am also so grateful that they incorporate CORE & STRETCHING in every class, these are things that I know I "should do" but do not take the time to do on my own. The members are all great to workout with too! ~Katie
