I have had at least one unit at Handy Lock, Pass Road Gulfport, for years. Sometimes 2. Staff are always friendly and available when help is needed. And the area is always clean and grounds neat. The employees are always nice,but the fries get cold like really fast and could fill the fries up to the top for how much the combo cost. Other than that it's pretty cool. ~Eugene

This place put 12$ of my girlfriends gas on the wrong pump and then refused to pay it back in full. They offered 5$ back then started yelling and screaming at her when I told them I would have to talk to either corporate or police for stealing our money. The guy behind the cashier eventually gave her 10$ just to get her to leave. They still owe her two dollars I have all the evidence and will be talking to corporate tomorrow. The blonde manager stood there watching it all happen. ~Toots

Went up there to purchase some firearms for their tax free weekend. They were more worried about turn and burn than quality customer service. I bought two guns from them and spent 1300 dollars and both NEW guns had blemishes on them. I called it to the attention of the salesman and I asked him if I could see several of them to find the best one.. he straight up told me no and said it was too busy to do that. He said to me that it's going to get scratched up eventually anyways. I wonder if he'd buy a brand new car with scratches on it even though "it's going to get scratched anyways". Bottom line. Any time I ever bought a blemish gun online it was discounted.they just wanna sell scratched up stuff and convince you that it's all good. I'll never do business with them again. And I'm for sure going to make sure all of my buddies never go there either. When you have someone spending 1300 in your store you do your best to make them happy.
