Went to the store with my husband and his (Hispanic) family looking very seriously at purchasing a four wheeler. We were told to wait to be helped, but we watched as a white gentleman walked in after us and was immediately helped. When we finally were approached by a salesman (after expressing some frustration over being passed over), he gave us very little information, never offered to show us our options, and quickly dismissed us. I am appalled at the blatant ignorance and lack of service displayed by the staff. We will not be giving any business to Proflow nor will we be recommending it to anyone.
Edited to add: While the response from ProFlow is appreciated, the issue with this particular experience lies in the treatment our family received, not in the inability to make a purchase. We never specified the name of my husband nor the specific size of four wheeler we were interested in purchasing, so I'm unsure where that information in the response came from. The dismissiveness of the sales staff was evident from the start. The purpose of the original review is to inform others of the potential for mistreatment or judgement at this store. Hopefully this will be quickly remedied and will not be an issue for anyone else in the future. ~Samantha
