We were traveling from out of state when our battery died on Friday night. I made an appointment on line for 10am on Saturday but they called me at 7am to bring it in early in case it required more than a battery. They were so fast and efficient we were on our way by 9am with no interruption to our vacation. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and efficient. ~Carol

Went to the store with my husband and his (Hispanic) family looking very seriously at purchasing a four wheeler. We were told to wait to be helped, but we watched as a white gentleman walked in after us and was immediately helped. When we finally were approached by a salesman (after expressing some frustration over being passed over), he gave us very little information, never offered to show us our options, and quickly dismissed us. I am appalled at the blatant ignorance and lack of service displayed by the staff. We will not be giving any business to Proflow nor will we be recommending it to anyone. Edited to add: While the response from ProFlow is appreciated, the issue with this particular experience lies in the treatment our family received, not in the inability to make a purchase. We never specified the name of my husband nor the specific size of four wheeler we were interested in purchasing, so I'm unsure where that information in the response came from. The dismissiveness of the sales staff was evident from the start. The purpose of the original review is to inform others of the potential for mistreatment or judgement at this store. Hopefully this will be quickly remedied and will not be an issue for anyone else in the future. ~Samantha

Went to get a tire change and their service on the outside was great but the service on the inside was horrible me being a black lady and trying to get service was not good , and I will not forget.. I walked in and everyone was laughing and talking , as I approached the counter the worker except for one spoke and the others began turning up their noise because of my skinn color all the employees on the inside were rude .In this society they have things messed up I'm spending my money at a well know company and this how you treat people. This make me want to come back. ~Karesha

Always get us the parts we need and go above and beyond for us with there services. This is why we don't buy parts from no other place but O'Reillys. Knowledgeable staff and good attitudes all around. I'f they don't know exactly what a customer is explaining they will reach out to use shop owners find out what we did and used and pass it on to the customers. Which in return saves everyone money and is what keeps us coming back. Not another store like it. ~k&Blewis
