Went to the store with my husband and his (Hispanic) family looking very seriously at purchasing a four wheeler. We were told to wait to be helped, but we watched as a white gentleman walked in after us and was immediately helped. When we finally were approached by a salesman (after expressing some frustration over being passed over), he gave us very little information, never offered to show us our options, and quickly dismissed us. I am appalled at the blatant ignorance and lack of service displayed by the staff. We will not be giving any business to Proflow nor will we be recommending it to anyone. Edited to add: While the response from ProFlow is appreciated, the issue with this particular experience lies in the treatment our family received, not in the inability to make a purchase. We never specified the name of my husband nor the specific size of four wheeler we were interested in purchasing, so I'm unsure where that information in the response came from. The dismissiveness of the sales staff was evident from the start. The purpose of the original review is to inform others of the potential for mistreatment or judgement at this store. Hopefully this will be quickly remedied and will not be an issue for anyone else in the future.

We have been in the market for a UTV for a few months. The one we were waiting on at a different dealership kept getting delayed. After a run around at Hattiesburg Cycles over a similar bike I stumbled across Proflow. They had the same bike for a better price ,and their Customer Service is out of this world. Big Thanks to everyone there that helped us get our bike. We will drive 2 hours for our bike needs just to deal with ProFlow from now on.

Selection of inventory is down, as it is at most dealerships now. The staff were fantastic, they were friendly and knew their stuff.

Took my RZR 900 in for servicing for a few weeks ago as it would not start when cold. I was almost 100% positive the engine needed a valve adjustment after reading up on the issue on Polaris on line forums. The mechanic there told me he did some very basic checks and discovered a simple problem saving me hundreds of dollars in repairs. It's good to know that honest folks still exist in the repair business. Thank you Kenny Dickinson and the service team at Pro Flow!

Staff has always been helpful and polite when I've come in to buy parts and accessories. Had a few issues with getting wrong parts, however it hasn't happened enough for me to not come back. Would and have recommend them time and time again.

Took my side by side in for repairs. Picked it up still running bad. Paid $1,260 for a battery and oil change. They changed some parts that wasn’t related to the problem. The second time they called and said “ For $500 more we can fix it” Saw were this was going part changers is all they are. If you’re having motor problem and taking it to them you’ll be money ahead to replace the motor. Now I’m sure if you need a chain put on your chainsaw or string in your weed eater This would be a great place to go. If more than that keep going.
