Lordt...... slow I called and asked what was the waiting time for an oil change he stated there no wait... mind you I waited over an hrs I had to say something. plus the rates has went the f up...plus 74.xx was not advertised no where....everything has gotten so expensive and the value of my money isn't worth this company lack of customer service.

We just stopped by to air our camper tires, Isaac was the young man that helped us. He was very courteous and professional. We're not from the area so it was very nice to be treated so we'll!

Bought some tires there call to get them rebalance thinking that was the Issue they didn’t want to do it took it some where else tires where bad they were one month old went to the store they did give me another set of tires but the guy in the office was smart a** definitely not going back to get tires there no more!!!

Went to get a tire change and their service on the outside was great but the service on the inside was horrible me being a black lady and trying to get service was not good , and I will not forget.. I walked in and everyone was laughing and talking , as I approached the counter the worker except for one spoke and the others began turning up their noise because of my skinn color all the employees on the inside were rude .In this society they have things messed up I'm spending my money at a well know company and this how you treat people. This make me want to come back.

Shout out and wow to the people of Southern Tire mart! My daughter got a nail in the sidewall of her tire outside of town, and had recently loaned her spare to someone, but hadn’t gotten it back. Southern tire dispatched a tow truck to her and replaced her tire there on the spot! Thank you for everything but primarily for your southern hospitality and kindness!

These people are terrible, if your not one of the local customers(school,city) get in line and wait for hours No hurry whatsoever. Everyone just hanging put and laughing like we don’t have jobs to do. I have a fleet of trucks and trailers and will never use this place again

My husband went in Southern Tire Mart to get his air check and the employee said he don't have time to fix it but you have time to watch tv. So that's how we do it Southern Tire Mart. Thank you .

Was in and out of there within about 15 minutes. I am from Wisconsin and treated me well. Super great place. Fastest tire experience I have ever had. I expected to have to wait for an hour. Amazing how fast they did the job!

I went by to see what was wrong with my brakes. That was my first time there, and when I get there they tell me I need to leave the car. I understood they were busy but don't I have to leave the car. I had no other way of getting around. I was willing to come back in so many hours. I just wondering did they tell me that because I was a lady. When you talk to customers tell them things a little bit better.
