Best coffee shop in Southaven, Mississippi (MS) 2024

Stopped in to pick up a 6 of beer and gas. Convenient to our home so have stopped in frequently. The price was clearly marked 9.99 but was charged 12.99. Let the clerk know and he walked back to check and indeed the price was marked 9.99. I could not believe it when he came up with some lame story that that particular style was 12.99 but the other styles on either side from the same brewery (Wiseacre) were 9.99. 3 bucks is not going to break me but it’s the principle and I’m not going to give them my business going forward. ~Danny

As a loyal client who eats Dunkin’ very often and goes to this specific location I’m very disappointed. If I could give it NO stars I actually would. I walked in and there’s no form of greeting from the crew. What exactly is customer service skills at Dunkin’? I don’t really know. I waited about 5 mins on somebody to take an order. The dark color/brunette woman who took my order (looks like a manager or assistant manager) wasn’t welcoming at all. She looked like she was over it. As a Muslim I specifically requested for the cook to change their gloves when making my order. I sat there and watch the lady make my order and not change gloves when I kindly asked *religious purposes* I felt disrespected and as if I’m not a valuable customer. I let the lady know upfront so she made my order again but this time it was burnt on the inside and it was hard I couldn’t eat my food.. my money went to waste. Never again. ~LifeWithOumou

Nice shop. Usually get really friendly service here. Sometimes, not so much. Bathrooms are generally moderate in cleanliness, likely due to the demo but overall, no complaints. Spacious feel is welcomed. Not cramped. ~GitanaMusic
