I stopped at the Starbucks on Goodman Road in SouthHaven, MS, at the halfway point of a 9 hour drive. I ordered a grande Americano, black, hot. When she gave it to me she said it had 2 Splendas. When I told the girl at the window I did not order it with Splenda, she took it back and said, “we’ll get that corrected.”, and sat it to the side. She handed me my other 2 drinks in the order. Then, she handed me another grande americano. It was the same one as the first. They never changed it. She had no intention of doing so. I called the manager as I drove. They didn’t want to let me talk to her. Finally she picked up the phone. When I explained the situation to her she apologized but could do nothing about it. I went down the road to McDonalds. It was better coffee anyway. I would give this a “.25” star if possible.

I visit Starbucks once a week for their spinach, egg white wraps and citrus tea. My dogs favorite treat is the cup of whip cream 😋

Nice shop. Usually get really friendly service here. Sometimes, not so much. Bathrooms are generally moderate in cleanliness, likely due to the demo but overall, no complaints. Spacious feel is welcomed. Not cramped.

Went to starbucks to get a mocha cookie crumble frappe with extra cookies and extra caramel and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with extra crunchies and extra caramel. The lady there hooked us up! 10/10 recommend to anyone who asks!

Yeah, To expensive like 10 dollars for a cup of coffee, like I get its a life style but I recommend Dunkin Donuts, Cheaper and even better in my opinion but that's just me.

They were out of almost everything we ordered and didn't tell us until they were in the middle of making our drinks. I saw drinks overflowing as well. I was not impressed.
