Best gym in Ballwin, Missouri (MO) 2024

There are so many things to love about CrossFit Ballwin, but the thing I love most is that it is so inclusive and thoughtful. They will push you to be better both physically and mentally. I've never felt uncomfortable being there as a girl, unlike other gyms I've been a member of. You won't get bored here! ~Shayne

Burn is more than a gym. It is a family! This fitness family welcomes you in no matter where you are on your fitness journey and helps you reach your fitness goals. The trainers challenge you to push yourself. They help you realize you can do more than you let yourself do. The community is always cheering - whether that is on the floor or in other aspects of life. For me, I have been attending Burn for over 3 years. I love 💙 my Burn Family! They have helped me achieve so many goals, including getting a 96% on my fitness test for the US Air Force. I feel the strongest I have ever felt in my life. Burn has truly blessed my life! I love every aspect of Burn and I would highly recommend it to anyone on any part of their fitness journey. ~Catherine
