Extremely friendly staff, great atmosphere and this gym has tons of free weights, benches and racks with the addition of a turf, and plenty of machines. Great for both beginners and the pros.

There are so many things to love about CrossFit Ballwin, but the thing I love most is that it is so inclusive and thoughtful. They will push you to be better both physically and mentally. I've never felt uncomfortable being there as a girl, unlike other gyms I've been a member of. You won't get bored here!
