Best shipping service in Earth City, Missouri (MO) 2024

If I could give a negative star review I would. This is the SECOND time I placed an order for overnight shipment, guaranteed delivery next day for time sensitive medications.... and did NOT get delivered on time. If I'm paying for guaranteed overnight delivery there should be no excuse why I yet again did not receive my package. It also requires a signature, so now AGAIN, I wasted an entire day from 8 am to 8 pm for delivery to arrive and no package. The staff and customer service are entirely rude and act like it is not their problem. All day my package has been saying out for delivery and now all of sudden it is not. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!!!! I unfortunately cannot switch carriers as the pharmacy chose FedEx. Received an email my package was delayed an HOUR AFTER IT WAS supposed to be delivered!!!!! Now not arriving until Monday which would require me to take another work day off in hopes my package would get delivered. I'll be there first thing when they open today and I'll wait all day for them to get my package like I had to last time. ~Michelle
