Completely screwed up NDA early delivery. You can't call the local office direct, you have to call a call center and talk to someone who can barely speak English. I tell them to hold the package at the local office, the call center tells me it is all set up for pick up, then when trying to pick it up I am told it is on a truck for end of day delivery, after paying $200 for early delivery. If you need to ship something skip these clowns.

I promise you from this point on I will never use a company that works with fed ex. I have never seen a company that have their employees lie to customers. You constantly get told your package is out for delivery only to be lied to all day until they close. I paid 214.00 for next day delivery and they don't know where my package is. They don't allow you to speak to anyone. I'm done

I absolutely dread receiving packages from FedEx, I have never had them deliver anything on time. If only I could give zero stars or less. Lazy delivery person left a "sorry we missed you" sticker while there were people home the entire day. Didn't realize stealth was a job requirement.

If I could give a negative star review I would. This is the SECOND time I placed an order for overnight shipment, guaranteed delivery next day for time sensitive medications.... and did NOT get delivered on time. If I'm paying for guaranteed overnight delivery there should be no excuse why I yet again did not receive my package. It also requires a signature, so now AGAIN, I wasted an entire day from 8 am to 8 pm for delivery to arrive and no package. The staff and customer service are entirely rude and act like it is not their problem. All day my package has been saying out for delivery and now all of sudden it is not. THIS IS UNCALLED FOR!!!!!!!!! I unfortunately cannot switch carriers as the pharmacy chose FedEx. Received an email my package was delayed an HOUR AFTER IT WAS supposed to be delivered!!!!! Now not arriving until Monday which would require me to take another work day off in hopes my package would get delivered. I'll be there first thing when they open today and I'll wait all day for them to get my package like I had to last time.

I wish I could give ‘0’ stars but unfortunately I can’t. I need to get a package from this center 3 days ago. I kept calling to check on status after it has past the due. Every time the representative’s responses made me lose more and more trust with them. My package sat at this location for 3 days and they still don’t put it in truck for delivery. I still don’t have my package even after calling them 4 times and requesting how important it is for me to get asap. Literally bizzarre service, totally disappointed. Still waiting for my package!!!

Ordered an item from Best Buy with free next day shipping. The item was transferred to FedEx to ship to my home from a location less than 20 miles away. I received updates advising it was out for delivery at 0824 the next day (today). Then a message comes through that the package was undeliverable at 545 pm. That was a total lie. No one ever showed up at my house at the alleged time. Now I'm being advised I have to wait 3 more days. Fedex is horrible. Their drivers are lazy and lie about delivery attempts. Best Buy should dump them as a shipping company.

I bought 3 hockey cards from Panini(biggest card company), I got my package today all tore up and taped backed together. All that was inside was the reciept, hockey cards gone. Someone at FedEx stole the hockey cards. It wasn't bought from ebay, it was bought from Panini the biggest card company there is. This is as close as I can get to filing a complaint, the land of machines fedex offers leads me to dead end every time so this is the best I can do to take a shot at recompense.
