Andrew was our salesmen and helped us pick the best washer and dryer for our needs/budget. He didn’t try to force us into buying something way over budget which I was really appreciative of. We also unfortunately happened to get a dud washer and he was able to get that switched around for us promptly. I loved the amount of scratch and dent options you can pick from if you wanna save a few bucks. Our dryer was from the scratch and dent section and works like a charm with very subtle scratch on the bottom! So worth the savings! ~Megan
