I came in to buy some products from tree hut and was treated very rude & unfairly. The staff followed me & my sister around the entire store and called the cops on us. I guess it’s because we are African American because they did not do any of the other people in the store that was shopping that way. I will never shop at ulta again. I have a credit card with ulta that Im getting rid of. I’m taking this matter further. Too much going on in the world to be treated a certain way because of my skin color!

I don't know much about makeup but I went today to get some basic makeup to start out with and both girls working were super sweet. Haley helped me out with some foundation and concealer and was extremely knowledgeable so she was able to get me something for my specific needs. It's not my first time at this Ulta so I'm not surprised that the staff was sohelpful!

I submitted an online mobile order for pick up. It was 7:59 PM and the doors were already locked EVEN THO THERE WAS STILL CUSTOMERS CHECKING OUT! One of the employees yelled 5ft away from the glass doors that they were closed and that I needed to come back tomorrow. I don’t live around the area so it was a huge inconvenience for me. I told her it was an online order she said have a good day and walked away when I was trying to speak to her! HUGE DISRESPECT & DISREGARD FOR AN ALREADY PAID FOR ORDER! Do better Ulta. You already have a “Hiring” sign posted. I couldn’t imagine why after being treated this way.
