Incredible service! Holy cow! On my way to Burning Man, he squeezed me in when I had an unexpected flat tire. Definitely a must stop with it’s antique and artistic flair! Educated me on some basics about my new bike and how to keep her safe on the Playa. Absolutely top notch experience!

I took my son's bike in to fix his flat tires where I was offered an excellent deal that included pop proof tubes and free fixes. While I was there a young boy came in with a broken bike wearing a winter coat and no shirt. The owner not only fixed his bike for free but he gave him a brand new shirt off the rack. He called this boy by name and all he asked was pay it forward. What a great experience! We will definitely return! Thank you Jerks for being Amazing!

I had bad brakes and they let me drop by to fix them because rn my bike is my transport. They ended up doing almost an entire tune up to make my bike safe as they knew that’s how I’m getting around for now. Not only friendly, easy going, but know what they’re doing In the end they teamed up to fabricate a part to fix my back rack. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Don't live in Murray anymore, but I got my tube replaced very quickly and friendly price. Great service and no qualms. I don't live in town anymore, but I had to get last word in. The owner thinks he's clever. But I'm here to say, they plucked him out of the JERK STORE. Highly recommend. 😅👍

100% recommend Jerks bike shop! My bike was not functioning well and my efficiency biking to work everyday sucked!! On my way to work, pinched for time thought I would drop in and get a quick suggestion what the issue was…. Well…Ariel the Master bike mechanic esq practically super tuned my whole bike in minutes just to get me back on the road to make it in time for work! The bike felt like NEW!!! They were 1-1.5 weeks wait time for servicing bikes! Barely charged me for 10 min of time that would have taken me hours and hundreds of $ because I would have guessed at broken parts!! This is a long winded review, but check this shop out!! That’s my point! Thanks Jerks

Always greeted by staff when I walk into the shop, even if they are helping other customers. Kirk always gives me honest and solid information regarding my bikes, even a fun history lesson about my old school Gary Fisher mountain bike. However, today I got to meet Ariel. He was so nice and asked about the issues I was having with my bike, even asked if he could take it for a spin and check on my issues first hand. Who asks these days? So cool & respectful. He took me back and showed me what he had done to service it. Best guys to help me with my bikes, customer for life.

Best customer service! I couldn’t figure out what I wanted so I posted my query in full detail in a FB group and got lots of responses that were at least leading me in a direction (unanimously at that)… except one and that was Kirk saying that basically he could fix me up. I went into the shop that day and he showed me what everyone suggested and then what he thought I’d needed based on what I said on FB. He was right, and I love the bike I went home with! It is exactly what I wanted!!!

I had an awesome experience at this shop. I went in to see what my options were for a higher quality bike for my 6 year old. His cheap department store bike had given out on him, and he was growing into the next size bike. I spoke with Ariel (spelling?) and he told me about their awesome kids bike buyback program, and showed me a bike that was perfect for my son. It was a little more money than I initially thought I wanted to spend, but the quality of the bike and the buy back program justified every penny. Additionally, they bought the old bike off me and further reduced the price. A 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend!

Best service! I came in to get a tube repair for someone else as an act of service. The repair was done quick, the price was discounted, & was offered a doughnut since they had extra. The environment was super chill & the people (& dog) were super nice.Would definitely recommend to everyone. I am super grateful, thank you!

These guys are absolutely awesome! I was that guy who showed up as they were closing to drop off my wife's bike. Instead of writing me up and telling me to come back later they had her bike fixed and had me on my way in 15 minutes. It's a cool store with great dudes! They are the only place I'll go for bike work from here on.
