The first time that I came here it was great. The last two times have been horrible. The most recent time is where I researched the deals and went to move my kid's phone over. The admittedly inexperienced worker ported my child's number over before telling us that we had to purchase a more expensive plan. Nowhere did the signs make this requirement. It was also not on the website when I researched it. We decided to cancel, but it was too late, she already ported it over. To make matters worse, she didn't care to wear a mask despite the Governor's Orders and thier sign that says that masks are required because they care about our health. Her porting over the line caused all sorts of headaches getting it ported back and we haven't been able to yet. I called several times to get the information and no one answered, so I drove back in to find a sign that said "back in 30." We waited for almost an hour and had to leave. This is completely unacceptable. ~Tre
