The employee that works at this boost mobile is always leaving notes on the door "be back in 20 min. " Or be back at 5 " once I waited for a whole hour until they finally opened. What kind of customer service is that . I'm very dissatisfied.

Employee did not seem to know what she was doing. Quoted incorrect activation costs. Went home and activated the phone online. Much easier!

The first time that I came here it was great. The last two times have been horrible. The most recent time is where I researched the deals and went to move my kid's phone over. The admittedly inexperienced worker ported my child's number over before telling us that we had to purchase a more expensive plan. Nowhere did the signs make this requirement. It was also not on the website when I researched it. We decided to cancel, but it was too late, she already ported it over. To make matters worse, she didn't care to wear a mask despite the Governor's Orders and thier sign that says that masks are required because they care about our health. Her porting over the line caused all sorts of headaches getting it ported back and we haven't been able to yet. I called several times to get the information and no one answered, so I drove back in to find a sign that said "back in 30." We waited for almost an hour and had to leave. This is completely unacceptable.

I went into this location to buy a new phone and Lucy helped me out. She was great! Super friendly, professional, and helpful! I really enjoyed working with her, she even stayed extra to be able to make sure my phone was activated correctly and working fine. She should get a raise. 😊

I had boost for a while now ..been to different stores. But this one takes the cake the costumer service is really on point. Specially the hot girl with the baby Vannesa i think is her name ..she really strives to help you out in any concern or problem you may have i live far from this store but for sure be taking my business here...if you're looking for good costumer service and getting in boost i really suggest you go here and specily look for vanessas help......

This store is truly garbage. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to try and use this store several times and the customer service was atrocious. The first time I went in was when I was looking to switch to boost and the guy was in there with several of his friends taking about his sexual exploits from the night before in Spanish. I was in there with my daughter who was 13 at the time I guess because we look white he thought we wouldn't understand if they were talking in Spanish news flash. I may look like my white dad but my mother is Mexican and my daughter and I are both fluent Spanish speakers. We left immediately. I called later to complain turns out he was the manager at the time. The second time I went in by myself this time and he lied so bad about the phone I was looking to buy and it's capabilities. Luckily I had already done my research so I knew what he was saying wasn't legit. Today I came in to try and pay my bill Google says there open 10am to 3pm Sundays the sign in the door says the same. I got here at 10:45am and waited until 11:30am no one has shown up. Don't waste your time here there are dozens more boost stores in the valley I have been to that have much friendly and knowledgeable staff that actually Maintain proper professionalism and are opened the hours listed as advertised! *****Updated*****4/1/19 I received a response from Randy today about my review. Thank you for getting back to me promptly but your poor attempt to do nothing but discredit my experiences and concertc only further drives my point home. Of course I have the right store I'm not senial I have not mixed up your store with another you are on State Street just south of get some funds and ammo sandwiched between the Thai restaurant and the laundry mat. I don't take the things I said lightly and you shouldn't either. I didn't end up buying my phone's from your store because of the poor costumer service I received. The only reason I was even returning to your store at all is because you were the only one listed as open in my area. You also need to have another look at your point of sale system mate because I have paid my bill at one of your other locations. I was serviced by Jovana who was a true delight and a wonderful example of costumer service. I don't know what your paying her but it should be more!!!

OVERVIEW - 4.0 Came here to upgrade my wife's phone, being as the older one had cracked, and she was due for an upgrade. LOCATION - 4 This location is along State Street, but so easy to miss if you're not careful. Kind of misleading with their sign along the building facing the street, when in reality it is located inside a strip mall. PRICE - 4 We paid a reasonable price for a brand new phone (iPhone 6s) I think the current newest model available is the iPhone 7. My wife's phone is set up on a plan for to call internationally for ten bucks a month on top the current billing, which isn't bad, but I think she's grandfathered into that plan... PRODUCT/SERVICE - 3 I have a bit of a complaint in this category. It took a while to setup the plan, which I understand, but in the end the poor guy set up my wife with a whole new phone number, and she had two active lines her "old" number and "new" number. We called and addressed concern, he said he'd have it fixed, 24 hours still the same issue, it was only after calling in again a different employee was able to remotely fix it. POINTERS/PERKS - 4 Come in when the building is vacant, if there are other customers, it'll take forever. Especially if the customer is social. (which was our unfortunate case). The employees typically look out for their customer's best interest. EMPLOYEES - 5 The guy that setup my wife's phone was rather polite. A plus was he is bilingual. I just felt that he didn't know entirely what he was doing. That being said, granted now days some phones seem to be so complex, that I don't know if I'd be able to do better.

Wow! I walked into this store, already having a phone but wanting an upgrade. I told the salesman that I wanted a specific phone, only because my brother, a computer programmer sent me in to purchase this specific type as it would be able to perform they way I needed a phone to be used. I was directed to a 'much better phone', ironically for $300.00 more than the one that I was looking at. I then asked if this other phone would be able to have enough memory to hold all my photo's, video's, programs I'd already paid for in addition to the social media ones that were installed on my current phone. I was assured that if I bought a memory card, I could choose the amount of memory I wanted or needed in order to do that. Needless to say, he was a salesman in the truest sense. I'd only had the phone less than 30 days when it began to not work properly. When I returned to the store where I'd bought it, I was then told that they don't give refunds, nor do they apply a credit towards another phone. They only recourse I had was to send my phone into the company that made it, for repair. So I packaged up the phone and sent it away. The salesman was more that anxious to sell me a phone to use as a loaner, knowing this was my only means of communication and that I relied on my phone as I'm disabled. When I tried to use this 'used loaner' phone, it didn't even work! I tried making a call, it would connect, and after 10 or so seconds, it would disconnect me! It was a no frills phone, so I didn't have any way to connect to my email, take pictures, access my old text messages, ect. I was furious by the time my old phone arrived back to me 3 weeks later. My phone came back to me without anything on it. All my contacts, texts, pictures and video not to mention many applications I'd already paid for and downloaded. They hadn't even warned me this would happen and it caused me great expense, time and patients to even half-way correct. I wasn't even an hour away from the Boost Mobile store when it became apparent to me that the phone was still broken, so I returned to the store and demanded to be credited or given back the money for that piece of LG junk I was sold. I was again told this wasn't policy. I finally ended up going to a different Boost Mobile supported store. There they at least were able to assist me in getting my missing articles put back on my phone. Problem still remains, the salesman told me if I purchased a memory card, it would hold that much memory. Wrong! The phone had a maximum memory of 8G internal and 12 External memory, no matter how big of storage card I bought. I've been prompted to download updates, even the ones that make this junk phone work, but due to absolutely no memory, my phone doesn't work. The place that sold me the phone are liars, the company that made the phone can't even fix it. I'd never shop here again!
