The staff went above and beyond what I expected and made my day so much better. Thank you so much you saved me lots of time. I need two new SIM cards and a phone activated to replace a stolen phone. Samuel, Spencer, and Juan made sure I was taken care of after a long stressful day. I will be coming back for sure.

Horrible customer service. Samantha and her little friend Emily are not knowledgeable at all. This store should be shut down for good. I don't know what money scheme they are running but I'm glad I didn't fall for their bait.

I would give this location 0 stars. Samantha is one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Treated my daughter like she was a nuisance for wanting to pay her bill. The profanity she used towards my daughter was unnecessary also told her to take her business elsewhere. I suggested to my daughter to take her business to boost mobile where the customer service is a million times better than Samantha's. I would suggest working on getting customer service reps that take some pride in their job. Shame on you Metro. Boost Mobile from now on.

If you need help from a T-Mobile store, don't go here. I have had T-Mobile service for over 9 years and have visited several stores. My overall experience with T-Mobile has been great, but this store, their service, and their general respect for the customer is pathetic. While I was there I was listening to two other customers interact with store personnel, both were treated disrespectfully and with condescension. It took me two trips and on the second trip having to deal with the manager to resolve a problem that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes to resolve.

Best experience I had out of any metro store. Usually they suck. Emily was a big help and very honest about the questions I asked and had good communication skills. Asked a couple questions I'm usually lied to about by reps but she was honest and very friendly. Excellent job.

They don't even deserve one star I was just here 7:31pm Oct 19. The girl working needs to be trained on everything! She did NO help at all, I asked her the simplest questions like can you check to see if any other stores have what I needed. Her response was,"no I don't know any other stores numbers"... I understand not knowing them by heart but come on, even simply 'offering' to help look them up would of been some help. She was either lazy or this was her 1st day, even then one should @ least offer more help or provide an excuse.

I put five star so you guys would be able to see this... This store smell terrible like a bathroom after somebody was in there for too long) and was hot on top of that. They don't greet you when you walk in and they barely mutter back at you if you speak to them first. They took forever (hr give or take) instead of saying we'll be with you in a half hour, 20 minutes, 45 minutes, an hour! They didn't say anything. Worst Metro store have ever been to. Customer service was horrible. They had the personalities of a rock. I don't know why they're in this business. Highly recommend if you care about your friends and family- never send them to the store unless it's a life-or-death emergency and you might even pass away before they get to you...

My husband and son purchased new phones last Thursday. Typically we have bad experiences with metro pcs. However this visit to a first time store was so great! The lady that helped us was super quick and friendly. We will always drive that extra 30 min to visit that store. Their great customer service was more than worth it! My only regret is not getting the gals name because she definitely deserves the acknowledgement! Thanks so much
