I never received my oder of pizza from them. No knock on the hotel door or phone call to say they had delivered it. Then I'm told by email that the delivery person will be from doordash and not a pizza hut delivery person. Who do I contact about getting my money refunded.

We ordered a pizza for delivery from this location a couple days ago. After placing the order and almost a 2 hour wait the 3rd party delivery driver took our food and said they delivered it. Fine it happens. I go to the store because their website said they were open till 10 (it was 8pm). I get there to be met with a locked door and being told they were closed. After asking if I could just figure this out, I didn't expect a pizza at this point since most of the staff was just sitting on their phone, I was offered a credit on my account. After checking my account today all of the points we had were gone plus they never put a credit on our account. Do NOT order from this location. They have no interest in the customers at all.

Ordered for delivery, order didn't arrive and when I drove to the store the fix the problem they stated they were closed even though the website and Google state they are open. Now I'm out food and 22$ plus tip and have been waiting for almost 2 hours for food... 🖕pizzahut.

Order pizza to be delivered. Take said 1 hour....2 hours later my order gets canceled by pizza hut!!! Tried calling and the store message sassy their closed. Do not even bother with this pathetic so called business. You could starve to death if ya do... let's!

I will NEVER order from this location again!! I completely understand having a long wait for delivery considering the lack of employees. We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza, which I was fine with. What I am not good with is receiving pizza that is ice cold and hard. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one bread stick and 12 wings. I spent $69.80 for the order and $12.56 for the tip. When I called to speak to someone, I was literally told, that's to bad. I explained I wasn't upset about the wait, but ice cold, hard pizza is just not ok. The man I spoke to said this is a franchise location, so there wasn't anything that could be done.

UPDATE They canceled my delivery because I didn't list my phone number. What a stupid response if you want to keep customers. If you require the phone number then lock the entry field so that it requires a valid number.. I will never use this pizza hut again. I'm going to the competition in the future. -------------------- I ordered my pizza at 315 pm. It was to arrive by 4 pm. It is now after 5 pm and no pizza. So I called the store. I get put on hold while they connect my call and when the call connects they immediately hang up on me. More than once I might add. I'm not impressed. If you are short staffed tell me so I can go somewhere else. I don't appreciate paying $40 for a ''DEAL'' just to wait and get hung up on.

Was told there would be a 50 minute wait when I placed my order. I waited about 40 minutes, and then drove 15 minutes to the location to pick up. When I arrived, I notified the store I was there for a curbside pick up. About 10 minutes later, I entered the store to see how much longer I would be waiting. I was told that they had not even started my order. They had "forgotten to make it". They said they could make it now, but it would take 20 more minutes. My name was up on the TV screen and everything showing I had an order placed. The location was very dirty. It made me uncomfortable thinking about eating food prepared in there. There were 3 employees standing around doing nothing at all except looking at their phones. This is the 2nd time I've had an experience like this at this specific location. I don't plan on ordering from this location again. I'll go to another one a little further away in the future.

Pizza Hut website accepted my order online even though the store was apparently closed. My pizza was never delivered. Restaurant won't answer their phone, corporate won't respond to my inquiry, and I've not been refunded; although after driving 15 minutes to the store I was told it will eventually happen automatically (it's already been five days). Filing a credit card dispute this Monday if it's not resovled.

Placed an order about an hour and 30 mins ago. Never got my order. Had to have Pizza Hut customer service try to a hold of the store..was on on hold for 25 mins. Hopefully I get a refund. Don't recommend ordering from here. You will not get your food.

I have never induced vomiting in my life, but today I think I'll make an exception. First of all, the "curbside" option was not available because I couldn't even call the store. Why? Their phones don't work!? I reached a call center who had no way to contact the store and inform them of my being there waiting for my online order. I reluctantly had to go inside, even though I was sick. When the employee grabbed my pizza, it was sitting on a shelf inside a bag. After taking my first bite, I felt even more sick and wanted to put a finger down my throat in order to expel the under cooked, bland tasting, concoction this restaurant deins to call a pizza. Even Little Caesars tastes a million times better than whatever I ate tonight. I'll never eat this "food" again. Disgusted!
