I wish I could give a 10 star review!!! The staff at this JJ is so awesome!! A big thank you to Gina and staff for taking care of me an making my experience with JJ a great one. I highly recommend the Murray location......I'm a life long customer!!

Employees couldn’t figure out how to print a receipt for me when I didn’t get one with my order and had asked for it. Waited like 15 minutes while the girl there was obviously upset I was asking. Had to leave and call customer service to get it.

Oh can I just say I love the food, and lately I know the industry is hurting, I currently had a order delivered to me by a very nice man in a red hat, he noticed I needed help and offered to help me, I thought that guy was so nice, most people just drop food at my door. Not too many Courteous people left these days! Thanks to that man for bringing in my garbage can.

Oh can I just say I love the food, and lately I know the industry is hurting, I currently had a order delivered to me by a very nice man in a red hat, he noticed I needed help and offered to help me, I thought that guy was so nice, most people just drop food at my door. These guys are always hopping busy! But they are also on spot every sing time! We have never had a bad experience at all here and it’s always fresh and delicious! Tonight with our order I earned a free side of guacamole and redeemed it! The ladies eyes just lit up when they seen the excitement in my little boys eyes because he loves everything avocado! Thank you jimmy johns in Murray! Keep up the great work!

I ordered from here specifically for the fast delivery they are known for, but it’s been an hour & 20 min and my sandwich still isn’t here. I live 8 minutes away so I should have just driven at this point, but when I called they told me the sandwich is already out for delivery. That call happened 50 min ago… I just wish the website had given a time frame before I ordered so that I could know what to expect because all I had in mind was the “freaky fast” delivery I have heard so much about. UPDATE: the sandwich finally arrived after a little over 80 min. I did get a kind text from the delivery driver that I appreciated. The staff seems great, I think it’s just tough being understaffed.

I just want to say I am so grateful to Julie and Chelsea from Jimmy John’s. I had a mishap happen with one of my orders on a late night end it was quickly addressed by the store manager. I called in on Saturday Which is today and I was taking care of properly thank you so much Jimmy John’s this is my favorite locations you guys are amazing. Dawn

Not worth the delivery the drive there is probably 5 minutes. My trans time was 12:33 and they got here at 1:20 they forgot my straw to my drink and chips. It is also missing mustard I added and it's not cut in half... Awesome job guys 😎👎
